Getting Started
GeoMaster is a cloud-native geosteering platform that lets drilling teams visualise and steer wells using geological models, real-time trajectory and survey processing, and log correlation against a type well. It includes GeoEngine, an AI assistant that answers from your project data, and connects to WITSML 1.4.1.1 servers. It runs in any modern web browser, no installation required.
No. GeoMaster is entirely web-based. All you need is a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) and an internet connection. There is no desktop client, no plugin, and no rig-site hardware required.
Import LAS 2.0, CSV survey or WITSML files, or connect a WITSML 1.4.1.1 server: enter the server address and credentials from your mud logging or LWD provider, test the connection, then pull trajectories, logs and mudlogs into a project on demand. Automatic scheduled pulls and WITSML 2.1 are in development.
Yes. You can sign up for a free trial and explore GeoMaster using one of our sample well datasets. No WITSML server required to get started.
Features & Technology
GeoEngine is an AI assistant inside each GeoMaster project that answers from your project data. It answers questions about your wells, trajectories and logs; gives the stratigraphic position of the last survey point; validates a GeoMatch interpretation with a score per interval; prepares new GeoMatches, reference wells and file imports for you to confirm; reads DrillTracker; and writes field intelligence reports from public sources. It never changes your interpretation on its own. Continuous anomaly detection, automatic trajectory suggestions and LookAhead are in development.
GeoMaster supports two core geosteering techniques today: model-based geosteering, steering to a structural or petrophysical model, and strat-based geosteering, correlating LWD responses to stratigraphic markers. GeoEngine, the AI assistant, works alongside either technique: it can validate a stratigraphic interpretation and report where the last survey point sits.
GeoMaster connects to WITSML 1.4.1.1 servers today and pulls trajectories, logs and mudlogs on demand. WITSML 2.1 and automatic scheduled pulls are in development. We have not certified named vendor servers, so contact us to confirm support for yours before you rely on it.
Yes. GeoMaster's multi-user workspace allows geoscientists, directional drillers, mud loggers, and client representatives to work simultaneously in the same live session. Each user has presence indicators, and all changes are synchronised in real time.
