Setup in 4 Steps
How the Connection Works
You need the server URL and credentials, usually from your mud logging or LWD provider.
Add the Server
Enter your WITSML server URL, username and password. The password is encrypted at rest and never shown again.
Test the Connection
GeoMaster calls the server to check it is reachable and your credentials work, and tells you the WITSML error if not.
Browse and Select
Browse the wells and wellbores on the server and choose the trajectories, logs and mudlogs you need.
Pull and Link
Pull the objects and link them to a project. Trajectories are recalculated by minimum curvature. Pull again whenever you want fresh data.

Every time GeoMaster pulls data from a WITSML server, it counts the channels returned and deducts that many credits. Row count and depth range do not affect the cost. The estimate below assumes scheduled pulls, which are in development.
