1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GeoMaster platform and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Greenstone Energy Ltd. (trading as GeoMaster), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17151768).

2. Description of Service

GeoMaster is a cloud-native geosteering platform that enables drilling teams to connect real-time WITSML data, build geological models, and use AI-assisted decision support for directional drilling operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of GeoMaster, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

GeoMaster offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of our Pro plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, the account will revert to the Starter (free) plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service to any third party without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all well data, geological models, and other content you upload or stream into GeoMaster. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access, use, or share your well data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

GeoMaster, GeoEngine™, DrillTracker, LookAhead, and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Greenstone Energy Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. GeoMaster is a decision-support tool — it does not replace the professional judgement of qualified geosteering engineers. All drilling decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenstone Energy Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or non-productive time (NPT). Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export purposes, then permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent platform notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
